LALAL.AI Adds Batch Upload for Faster File Input and Stem Splitting
The new possibility to add multiple files at the same time speeds up uploading, stem types selection, and splitting.
LALAL.AI team isn’t one to twirl thumbs, nuh-uh! We like to keep the ideas flowing and implement new features back to back👏 Earlier this month we’ve introduced an improved drums extraction based on the next-generation stem separation technology, Phoenix.
Today we’re presenting the new functionality - Batch Upload. With its help, you can add files and split them into stems significantly faster than before!
Instead of uploading tracks one by one, premium LALAL.AI users can now select up to 20 files at the upload stage and set several stem separation types for different files in one go.
This feature also enables you to simultaneously upload audio and video files in different formats — MP3, OGG, WAV, FLAC, AVI, MP4, MKV, AIFF, AAC.
Here is how you can upload and split files in batch:
1) Open LALAL.AI in your browser.
2) Click the Select File button.
3) Pick multiple files in the pop-up window.
4) Wait a few seconds until all files are loaded.
5) Click the stem icon next to each file to change the separation type individually.
In order to set one separation type to all files, click Stem in the list header.
Tip: If you want to delete one of the tracks, hover the cursor over it and click the X sign.
If you want to add more files, click the Add File button above the list.
6) Click the Process all files button to start splitting.
Voila! All files are going to be split in one quick queue. You won’t have to waste time going back and forth with every file anymore.
